Name of the workshop: Art creation for better vision

Lecturer: PaedDr. Ivana Lenďáková, DT.
I am a graduate of a three-year study in the Art Therapy educational program and a teacher of art and ethics education at an elementary school. I have 25 years of experience. Improving eyesight naturally without glasses is a topic I am deeply interested in.
Event for children and their parents: recommended age of the child 3-6 years
Price: 19 EUR
Annotation: Art creation as a prevention of visual impairment in preschool children. I have prepared the selected art therapy activities so that you and your child have the opportunity to spend creative time together. We give the eyes rest, but also movement and bias. The workshop will also be a way for you to stop after a working day and experience full-value moments with your child. I recommend one parent per child.
Art therapy as art therapy will allow us to process feelings after a hard day at work and in kindergarten using art techniques. Artistic talent is not a requirement. It is important to want and have space to create at home in front of the computer. The cooperation between parent and child without words while drawing and painting will be an experience for you that will strengthen your mutual relationship. During the meeting, in addition to drawing and painting, we will make an aid for daily sight training. paints, colored wax pastels, water colors, 2 paint brushes - thicker and thinner, a larger container for water - at least 0.5 liters, a cloth for wiping brushes, a damp towel for washing hands from paint (if there is no sink near the creation) , a two-meter string, 9 colored beads (at least three different colors) with holes to pass the string through.
