About event
What does the Terchov-Žilina rock group Arzén have in common with the Rozsutec Folkloric Ensemble?
Many of you are probably asking this question. However, the answer is prosaic. Anyone who follows a little and gets to know the history of the band Arzén knows that for about 30 years they have had original works in their repertoire that draw from Terchov folklore. In the compositions, musical and lyrical folk themes are incorporated by the author, into which he puts his opinion, his own feelings with rock elements. It is a sensitive treatment of our cultural heritage. Cooperation with FS Rozsutec is therefore no coincidence. They have already managed to realize several projects together, for example performing in the musical Na skle maľovane, various concerts and performances, video clips Ešte raz and Katarínka, in which the Terch dance was connected with rock music for the first time... So don't miss the sensitive treatment of dance and music in their specific version.
