About event
Hepthet is a new musical formation led by Ashley Slater - singer, thrombonist and composer, known primarily as the leader of the legendary British band Freak Power. He is behind the world hit "Turn On, Tune in, Cop Out", which entered the history of the 1990s. But Slater is much more than just hitmaker - he is a person who moves on the border of jazz, funk, electronics and pop and always brings unexpected musical ideas, sharp humor and perspective.
Jan Kořínek, one of the most prominent Czech players on Hammond organ, plays an important role in the band. Its game connects the deep roots of traditional soul and blues with a modern jazz expression. There is also a strong brass section consisting of trumpeter Martin Jůzl and saxophonists Aleksey Svidersky and Osian Roberts. There is also a great drummer Oliver Lipenský and as a special guest will be presented by singer Lisa H.
