Aštánga jóga intensive s Katkou Hilerovou

In December, it is already dark and cold, but we will light our inner fire with yoga practice.
3 days of workshops, where there will be time to explore positions, transitions and talk.
This time we will add gentle yoga to Ashtanga yoga techniques and a musical bath so that at the end of the weekend you can regenerate and recharge your batteries for the holiday season.
It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner in Ashtanga yoga or an advanced practitioner. Weekend workshops are suitable for everyone :)
