Marcel Gidote's Holy Crab
A Czech psychedelic band founded in 2019 mixes rock, kraut and jazz with a modern sound. The band consists of Jan Bukovjan – vocals, tenor saxophone, flute, clarinet and acoustic guitar, Ondřej Vávra – vocals and guitar, Viktor Eberle – vocals, keyboards and synthesizers, Marek Sobota – bass guitar and Matěj Šolc – drums.

MGHC released their debut EP Bay Of Roots in 2020 under the independent Czech label Polí5 and in 2021 produced their first full-length album Humidity Breaking Limits on their own, where they moved to a more complex but heavier musical expression .

The new album called Farm Alarm, which was created last year, is based on more vocal parts, acoustic guitar and synthesizers and acts as a striking reminder of the climate crisis of our planet. Then came two more singles (Felina, Giant Stabs) and in October the band experienced their first European tour.
