On Thursday, February 13 at 5 p.m., come and initiate yourself in self-hypnosis at the French Institute media library thanks to a workshop led by Marcela Maftoul, hypnosis practitioner.
💬 You want to treat your mental well-being? Self -hypnosis is a powerful tool to modify your limiting thoughts, develop your creativity and achieve your goals with easier. Over the workshop, you will explore the historical origins of hypnosis and recent scientific advances. You will benefit from clear explanations as well as several guided practices to help you develop your skills. Thanks to exchanges with the other participants, you will create a space for co-construction and sharing of experiences. You will leave enriched with concrete tools to transform your daily life.
👉 Marcela Neumannova Mafttoul taught languages in higher education establishments in France and in the Czech Republic. She also worked as a techno-pedagogical engineer at Grenoble Alpes University and the University Agency for La Francophonie. Certified practitioner in hypnosis since 2017, she has on her own more than 1000 hours of training in the two most important Parisian institutes - Ifhe and Arche. She has translated several pounds into Czech on hypnosis and founded school with three colleagues for hypnosis factor hypnotists. It offers collective workshops and individual hypnosis sessions in three languages in face -to -face and online.
