Experience the synergy of the combination of two powerful healing methods. The depth of the symphonic gongs and the intensity of breathwork.
We start breathing at birth and stop breathing at death. Breath is the threshold between voluntary action and vegetative function. Our life story is stored in our personal breathing pattern. Through the connected breath we can bring memories and frozen feelings from the unconscious into consciousness in order to heal them.
Jakob Recklinghausen accompanies you on a journey through your topics beyond limitations towards more truth, power and authenticity with the help of breathwork. We offer breathwork using the BBTRS method (Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System). In addition to connected breathing (which is also used in holotropic breathing and other breathing therapies), we use movement, voice and touch. Based on the principles of bioenergetics, you can remove your body armor layer by layer in order to feel more alive in the long term.
Dana Stechow intuitively accompanies you therapeutically with her gongs, witnesses where the The gong plays while you breathe on your topics and then gives feedback on what the gong played. The gong will amplify what is there so you can get to know and experience yourself in a larger context. The gong allows the frequencies to be raised down to the cellular level to a level where healing and regeneration, transformation and expansion of consciousness can occur.
