About event
Allan Karlsson is 100 years old. In the retirement home, where they spend their remaining time at this age, they are preparing a big birthday party for him. But the vital old man does not want to stay in the slippers in the chair. He has quite different plans. He decides to escape. After climbing out of the window, he sets out on an amazing and absolutely unpredictable trip…
coincidentally, he gets a suitcase full of money. Before hoping, he has gangs of criminals on the heels, there will be a corpse here and there is a very non -storage elephant among the companions who are on his way. In addition, of course, the Police Corps, headed by a not very capable commissioner, are searching for him. Although he never cared about politics, he was inadvertently the main actor of many important events of the 20th century. He was inadvertently involved in the invention of an atomic bomb, became a good friend of several US presidents, and Stalin, Churchill, Mao Ze-Tung or Kim Ir-sen were among his other "known".
