An experiential course from the STOLEN ATTENTION program, which offers four topics. One of them is Authenticity and self-relationship.
The most important relationship in our life is truly self-relationship. Knowing yourself and being aware of your value is the basis for living in harmony with yourself and being able to act freely.
Self-love is not selfishness – it is the key to authentic living, self-expression and inner fulfillment.
You will realize the difference when you let yourself be carried by external circumstances and when you take responsibility as the creator of your life.
What you will take away:
- Better understanding of yourself and your inner motivations
- Experience with self-acceptance and confident decision-making
- Practical tools for authentic living and inner freedom
When and where do we meet?
Date: 11.11.-12.11. 2025, two evenings in a row
Tuesday and Wednesday 17:30 - 20:30
Format: Small group of up to 12 people live
Where: Šustekova 49, Bratislava (with the possibility of free parking)
