We invite you to the Authentic Tantra Yoga course - for the first time in Slovakia.
Since the entire first level of Tantra Yoga is very long, we have divided it into several modules.
This is authentic Tantra Yoga, created more than 6,000 years ago by enlightened yogic and tantric masters, which we pass on in its original, unchanged form. It contains Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Kriya Yoga and initiations into Nidra Yoga and Manasika Japa meditation.
Hatha yoga is also called the yoga of immortality or the yoga of enlightenment. Some yogis who practiced it regularly lived for hundreds of years and achieved high forms of consciousness and spiritual transformation.
Practicing Tantra Yoga is based not only on practicing physical asanas, but also includes secret techniques for working with energy, mind and concentration. Together, these components create a unique, powerfully healing and transformative effect on the entire body, mind, psyche and emotions.
The body creates a specific flow of energy in different positions, which subsequently has healing and revitalizing effects on organs, tissues, muscles and the whole body/mind. By practicing this Yoga, it is possible to cure or improve the condition of even serious diseases, immune disorders, psychological and emotional problems, overall rejuvenation and deep revitalization/health. Tantric yoga also includes effective cleansing and detoxification techniques, as well as meditation techniques, through which it is possible to reach higher states of consciousness and transform the whole being.

After completing module 1, it will be possible to continue studying yoga with modules 2 and 3 /online, in person - to be confirmed/
The number of places is limited, the price is early bird 599 euros for the course fee, valid when paying a deposit of 250 euros no later than 2 November 2024. After 2.11. the price for the course fee is 699 euros.
The price for accommodation and homemade organic food is 59 euros per night, 295 euros for 6 days. Bathing and sauna are included in the price. It is paid in cash on the spot directly to the owner.
