We invite you to a course of authentic Tantra Yoga. It contains, Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Kriya Yoga and initiation of Nidra Yoga and Manasik Japa Meditation. Some yogis who regularly practiced it lived for hundreds of years and achieved high forms of consciousness and spiritual transformation.
The practicing of Tantra Yoga is based not only on the exercise of physical asana, but also includes secret techniques of working with energy, mind and concentration. Together, these components create a unique, strong healing and transforming effect on the whole body, mind, psyche and emotions.
The body creates a specific energy flow at different positions, which subsequently has healing and revitalizing effects on organs, tissues, muscles and the whole body/mind. By practicing this yoga, it is possible to achieve cure or improve the condition of serious diseases, immune disorders, mental and emotional problems, overall rejuvenation and deep revitalization/health. Tantric Yoga also includes effective cleansing and detoxification techniques, as well as meditation techniques through which higher states of consciousness and transformation of the whole being can be achieved.

- New Meditation Meditation Techniques and Concentrations of Mind/ Yogy
- New spiritual teachings that will change your life and expanding your spiritual horizons
- Top effective Yogine techniques for sublimation of sexual energy for men and women

RETREAT will take place in the lap of nature of the High Tatras - in the beautiful residence of Edenium. Harmonious, undisturbed environment for our yoga stay - an oasis of peace and harmony situated in a beautiful environment under the majestic Tatras. We believe that only the very presence in this place, with a view of the beautiful Tatra scenery, brings a sense of inner peace and harms psychological well -being, thus contributing to deeper survival of yoga exercises.
The price for accommodation and home vegetarian/vegan food is 60 euros per night. The price includes a whirlpool. It is paid in cash directly to the owner.
We are certified teachers of tantra, tantric sexuality and yoga, we received the teaching initiation from the enlightened tantra master. We are part of the authentic tantric line, more than 1,500 years old.
