What is Authentic Relating about?
==================
Authentic relating games are various exercises and activities in which we can explore the way we relate to others. It helps us to limit interactions with various rules. I try to do this with a greater degree of truthfulness to others and to myself than is usual for me in everyday life. I invite you to talk openly about the feelings and thoughts that being with another person evokes in us. At the same time, I strive for a brave and safe space where we can explore our limits. It can often be fun and a good place to get closer to others and get to know yourself better.

2) Refraining from assumptions (Assuming Nothing)
3) Revealing your lived experience (Reveal Your Experience)
4) Accepting responsibility for your experience (Owning Your Experience)

About the facilitators

Adam has more than 10 years of experience in Experiential Pedagogy. He works with both children and adults. His passion is Authentic Relating, congruence in communication, embodiment, vulnerability and openness. Outside of ConnectionLab, he tries to bring authenticity to team leadership in a corporate environment.
