AVAIL - The Art of Leadership

Leadership Conference for Ministry and Business Leaders

Theme: Voices

Isn't it ironic that the voices we long for are often the voices we ignore?

We live in a world full of voices: derogatory, encouraging, skeptical and meaningful. As leaders are pulled in every conceivable direction, learning to filter the destructive voices, harness the constructive, and use the painful for purpose has never been more important than it is now.

Leadership architect and consultant Sam Chand offers a way forward in Voices—a timely guide for leaders whose hearing has been dulled by the deafening noise of conflicting voices.

You will learn how to:

• Tune and sensitize your ears to the voices you hear have ignored,
• Can de-program selective attention to negative voices,
• Can sort and distinguish between competing voices,
• Develop an effective screening system, and
• You can become a voice for good.
• Nothing can make or break you faster than a voice.

What is the purpose of the loudest voices in your life?
