Join us for a transformative weekend retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself through the healing practices of yoga, meditation, and sacred medicine. Nestled in a luxurious, private home in Vancouver, WA (15 minutes from PDX airport) this retreat offers a safe and nurturing space for women to explore their inner landscapes, build deep connections, and embrace the divine feminine within.
What to Expect:
🍄 Facilitated Group Ceremony: Connect with your inner healer and awaken your divine feminine energy with the guidance of the mushroom. Led by experienced facilitators, you’ll explore your inner landscape in a safe and supportive environment at the stunning Innertrek Service Center in downtown Portland, OR.
🙏Yoga, Sound Healing, and Meditation: Prime your psyche for the journey with meditation, sound bath, and yin yoga classes that cater to all levels. With a focus on mindfulness, breath, and slow movement, you will connect with your physical and emotional body to awaken your intuition and spirit.
✨ Learning and Reflection: Engage in Zoom preparation workshops before the retreat to hone in on your intention and begin building our circle. Deepen your self-awareness during in-person reflective journaling sessions to fully integrate and embody your intuitive wisdom.
