Ayla

Ayla, a project led by Inge Kunzi (alias DJ Tandu), combines soulful trance with melodies that appeal not only to dance floors, but also to listeners far beyond their borders. Kunzi, a key figure in the German trance scene, first rose to prominence in 1993 with the band Intrance feat. D-Sign when they reached the top 20 of the German singles charts. His solo career began in 1994 with the release of the Acido E.P., and a year later he launched the Ayla project, which quickly achieved international success with the hit single Ayla in 1996. Kunzi became a major DJ and a producer who has performed at prestigious events around the world, from the US to Ibiza and South America. His singles, including Ayla – Part II and Liebe, dominated the dance charts in countries such as Germany, Great Britain and Norway.

Kunzi's collaborations shaped his career , the most significant of which was the work with Safri Duo, when he participated in the production of the album Episode II, which received platinum status in Denmark and gold in Germany. His versatility was also shown in the remixes of Shakira's song Underneath Your Clothes, created under the pseudonym Fairlite, and he continued with successful projects such as Unreleased Secrets (2010) or Taucher & Tandu - < Faces (2018). In 2023, Ayla's legacy was revived with the release *"Car Keys* by Alok and Ava Max, which reached over 150 million streams. Ingo Kunzi thus remains a key figure in the global trance scene, not only as a producer, but also as a DJ.
