Agatha Christie: The Mouse Catcher
-Crime in two parts-
We are in the pension of the young Ralston couple. Far from people, the world. In a closed playing field, in the crime laboratory, wedged between snowblocks, which the writer, as usual, even cut off her telephone line. For now, we only know that a woman has been killed on Culver Street. Then Trotter, the detective, arrives on skiing. And it turns out that the killer must be among the residents of the pension. Agatha Christie summarizes the characters in front of us and proves each of them that - a mistake excluded! - Only he, he can be the killer alone! But we know that we have to look for a single sin among many innocents. So, at the third unveiling, we feel deceived twice, three times at the fourth, and so on ... The writer cheats from one trap to another, and then, after letting go out into the largest trap ...
Two and Half an hour of mind-tour. Stage mathematics. Csiki-cucker game. Easy fun that the audience leaves in the knowledge that they are over the mind, as Agatha Christie is suspicious.
