🎬 Open Air Kino on the ship in the Holzmarkt - Bad Director
A film director on the abyss: cynical, self -destructive, driven by excesses - until the encounter with his muse Grete changes everything. But on the set the farce tips into a merciless billing with itself and the industry.
Bad Director is Oskar Roehler's snappy, dark satire about art, self-hatred and the absurdities of the film world.
with Oliver Masucci, Bella Dayne, Anne Ratte-Poll and others. a.
Gregor Samsa (Oliver Masucci), an aging director at the end of 50, is actually in his best years, but he knows nothing more. The post-Midlife crisis and neglect of welfare go around, Samsa indulges in his hedonism with puff visits, alcohol consumption and bored night tours through the city. He divides into the industry that has raised him. He only survives the reception of the German Film Award, blaspheming and drunk, he comments on the show of his colleagues with bitterly. He leaves the party over the fall and escapes into a antiquarian bookshop. Grete (Bella Dayne) appears fairy and beautifully, whom he meets a little later in the brothel and chose her for his sensual and intellectual muse. Everything goes wrong from the start at the set. Gregor collides with the arrogant leading actors (Anne Ratte-Polle, Elie Kaempfen), whom he cannot stand, the team he considers unable to do the own authorized director (Götz Otto) and the complacent producer (Anton Rattinger), whom nothing interests apart from his coal. While he threatens to slip the filming in the last hours before the first flap and the crash in the delusion, Gregor only remains fleeing forward: to Grete, to love ... but it turns very differently.
