Bahnbrechende Natur im März

A natural oasis has developed over the decades on the Schöneberg southern site, once a loud, sooty and gray marshalling yard. Instead of industry, today you will find a unique symbiosis between natural forests, open dry areas and old railway relics. Home to a diverse range of plants and animals. And that's not all, the area is now even a storage facility for carbon dioxide. Immerse yourself in an enchanted world with Detlev Dahlmann, the former construction manager of the nature park, and find out more about the creation and maintenance of the facility.
