BALANS JOGA 2026

This year we are expecting the 9th year of BALANS YOGA!
Experience a unique hour of yoga with us in the fresh air with a view of the beautiful Danube.
ADMISSION IS FREE!
We are doing yoga on the Eurovea embankment under the statue of M.R. Štefánik at 7:30 a.m. every Tuesday in July and August - we start on Tuesday 7/7/2025. This year we will enjoy 8 lessons together.
Balance yoga is suitable for everyone, even beginners can master it. Our experienced yoga instructors will explain each exercise in detail and clearly. Each participant receives the Balans magazine for free. Bring your own yoga mat, we'll take care of the good mood. We practice even in case of bad weather, then we move to the premises of Eurovea 2.
