Record release Show: Balcony`s Paradise - Spot The Difference
Balcony`s Paradise (lofi artpop garage, bln)
When Berlin slacker types escape from the big city and suddenly breathe fresh country air on the veranda with a lot of time and even more ideas, something like BALCONY'S PARADISE is created: reduced and melancholic garage art pop, somewhere between Felt and TV Personalities.
It seems like déjà vu, but since the actual album release show in November 2024 at the Chocolate, several postponements of the release, complete redesign, a screen-printed sleeve campaign and ultimately the pressing plant going bankrupt, it's hard to believe, but finally the time has come and the SPOT THE DIFFERENCE record by Balcony's Paradise (the project of Lorenz Szukal from Chuckamuck/Die Verlierer) is out Available in stores 12/19/26! To celebrate this, we are once again inviting you to a double concert in the Chocolates with:
SEX BAN! Whether capitalism's fever dreams ("I'm in love"), social coldness and concrete dreariness ("The monarchy greets you every day"), self-destruction as the only way out ("The Antagonist") or a middle finger to esoteric disciples ("Mystic Shit") - their debut album "Sex Ban" (also Bretford Records) presents short, concise, uncompromising songs.
Gramm Lynn, who some will remember for her egg performance, will be on December 18th. be there again.
& after the concert in the bar room: DJ Frank Freshness!
