About event
🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
The winter Balkan Bashavel tour will start right at the beginning of the new year. And so the time when we dance off the calories from the Christmas feast together to the rhythms of Balkan beats, gypsy, reggae and world music. Balkan (CZ). A pair of Slovak DJs combine these rhythms into unique sets, which are complemented by an unrestrained and contagiously energetic performance. Under the baton of MALALATA, clubs were pulsating all over Europe, but also in distant Japan or Mexico. The duo danced at the Sziget, Colors of Ostrava, Pohoda, Grape and Uprising festivals and performed on the same stage with names such as Parov Stelar, Goran Bregović, Shantel, Mahala Rai Banda or Fanfare Ciocarlia.
🎺 DR. BALKAN (CZ, Bassta Fidli Crew)
DJ and member of the Slovakian audiovisual group Bassta Fidli Crew, whose love for folk ornament and traditional music led to the exploration of fusions of European folklore with electronic sounds. He complements styles such as folkstep and baltic bass in his sets with traditional dulcimer and Balkan songs.
