Balkan Bashavel open-air: Malalata + Čardáš Paprikáš

This year's first open-air Balkan Bashavel is here.

After winter, the participants will meet again under the open sky — at a dance party full of Balkan beats, gypsy music, reggae and world music.

"Come with us and enjoy an evening in the fresh air, with dulcimer, brass and beat rhythms that are guaranteed to get you on your feet!"

will perform:

• Malalata:

A Slovak DJ duo that has been mixing Balkan beats, world music, reggae or gypsy sounds into energetic sets and unpredictable bashavels for years. They have performed concerts all over Europe as well as performances in Japan and Mexico and festivals such as Pohoda, Colours of Ostrava, Sziget or Grape.

• Čardáš Paprikáš:

Cimbals music that was created out of love for folklore — and as the name suggests, the participants are in for some really spicy fun. Traditional instruments, wild energy and folklore played to the fullest.

• Entrance only for people over 15 years old.
• The event will be photographically documented.
