A night for friends of the cultivated network, the subtle irony and subtle appearance.

The “Ball of the Breakfast Directors” is probably the most self-ironic ball in political Berlin – a mixture of satire, style and networking luck.

Originally, after the turn of the millennium, communications and public affairs people simply met for breakfast.

From this, the circle of “Breakfast Directors” emerged. - and soon after: the ball.

We've been dancing, discussing and laughing for over a decade.

This year we're dancing in support of Zweitzeuge e.V. (https://www.zweitzeugen.de/) - an initiative that keeps the stories of Holocaust survivors alive so that memories have a future.

This year's special guest is Dr. Motte, the inventor of the Love Parade and initiator of #RavethePlanet.

The profits from the charity ball go to the ZWEITZEUGEN e.V. initiative:

ZWEITZEUGEN e.V. encourages and enables (young) people to become second witnesses themselves by passing on the stories of Holocaust survivors and to speak out against Anti-Semitism and discrimination in today's world.

1. Organizer
   The legal organizer of the evening is Café Keese. This bears responsibility for insurance, permits and all organizational risks.
   
2. Charity purpose
   The ball is a charity event. The proceeds from the tickets go entirely to ZWEITZEUGEN e.V. The association encourages and enables (young) people to become second witnesses by passing on the stories of survivors of the Holocaust themselves, and to campaign against anti-Semitism and discrimination today.
   
   
3. Liability
   Participation in the event is at your own risk.
   
   
4. Photo- and video recordings
   Photo and video recordings will be created during the event, which can be used for documentation and public relations (e.g. social media, press, website). By participating, guests agree that they can be recognized on these recordings and that they may be published free of charge.
