Sign up for the course by the end of the year with 30%. It is also suitable for graduates of the Base 1 course, as a continuation of their trip from burnout to normal. Flow and euphoria are advanced techniques to help you achieve real joy in life. Thanks to exercises, you will learn to control the nervous system, work with your consciousness, to focus better.

Oxymeter at the course price

During the course you will learn to control your body, work with your energy and stress. Access to the membership section, we will gradually make videos, with exercises and tasks for the week. Access to the membership section (videos, exercises, consultation records) is 6 months. During the first weeks I will have 7 consultations on online consultation. They will always be held on Tuesday from 17:00 to 18:30 via Zoom. If you will not be able to participate in consultations, nothing happens, because the most important thing, you will have in the member section. It will be our common space to share observations, results and experience outside the course hours. In this way, you will know if the exercises are done right. Your ability to relieve stress and burnout will increase quickly. Oxymeter will be sent to you by mail for the 1st week of the course.
