About event
Historically the first production of the National Theater and Laterna magika intended for babies.
Toddlers from 6 months to 3 years of age will enter the stage together with their adult companion, which will transform into one large playground. They will not be told a story or perform abstract choreography, but their natural curiosity will be used.
BatoLaterna is based on everyday life and aims at the basic senses of the smallest viewers, thanks to which they can discover sounds, colors, shapes and the firmness or softness of things around you. In doing so, the production does not lose its theatrical form, and it will be the first contact with a real theater for babies. The performance will last approximately 30 minutes and will naturally be followed by a playroom.
