I am a doula and at the moment I finish the course at the Czech Association DUL. I intend to meet sound meetings, female circles and rituals and devote myself to craniosacral therapy.
I spent my pregnancy and puerperium in yoga-jurvedia Ashram, where I gained a lot of experience in Ayurvedske cooking, body care and exercise during pregnancy and in the puerperium. pelvic and giving birth of twins at home " (Colombia, Ecuador), where I had the opportunity to dive into local shamanic traditions. I went through a spontaneous abortion, where I touched the bottom of my forces and came out of this experience very reinforced.
The most important thing I am my mother of four -year -old son who has taught me a lot and still teaches me 😄❤
She had healed and began to understand the impact of subconscious patterns on human health and mechanisms and the body's ability to return to perfect state. the second by removing mental blocks and traumas.
