"Do everything benefit what you can do with what you have, at the time you are measured, where you are." Which is also the prerequisites for a happy life permeated with empathy, sensitivity and vigilant presence. Emphasis will be on the usability of working with the mind for the normal life of the lay practicing.
We will focus on: ego. From relaxation, opening and calming the mind and body. Then we move on to the next phases of the more open awareness of everything we experience, to the advanced phases of the investigation if there is something that is not subject to mind fluctuations. After dinner, the last meditation will be, it will end at 21.00. In order not to get under a lot of long meditation sessions, we divide everything into a half -hour session and a half -hour walk. Time will also cost together and individual goats. Because something really knows requires time and effort. It is not enough to read or experience once or a few times meditation. The fact that we really know something is only when it becomes more of our nature. Meditation is all about leaving our mind as it is and we are aware of how they feel now. Which will not cause us to get somewhere else, but that we will experience where we are now. We will learn to return together wherever we are and who we are still from the beginning - kind, compassionate and mindful consciousness. There will also be joint sharing and the possibility of indivic consultations. The course is for all, or you start with meditation, you are eternal beginners, or feel more advanced in practice. The number of seats is defined at 17. If you are interested in independent housing, you can sleep in your own tent.
