The ballet evening of vigilance presents the creation of leading contemporary choreographers by Jiří Kylián and Nacha Duat. Jiří Kylián is one of our most respected artists of Czech origin, awarded by many international prizes, now also the highest Czech state honor, the Order of the White Lion. In his choreography Sleeplyss, he deals with the sleepless nights of the creators, as well as the creation of a work of art. The dominant feature of the scene is a plastic ecran with vertical cuts, from which dancers emerge in the illegal positions and create a new dimension, an illusion as torn out of the choreographer's mind in the process of creation. As part of the wad ballet, we will also offer two choreographies of the Spanish creator of Nacha Duat. We return to our repertoire the lively title Gnawa inspired by Moroccan folklore. The evening is closed by his fascinating choreography White Darkness, which intensively reflects the topic of drug addiction.
