Beata Hlavenková
pianist, composer, singer, arranger and producer is one of the most prominent contemporary musicians with unmistakable super -genre manuscript. Its main asset is the courage - the courage to experiment, seek unconventional harmonies and arrangements. The genre freedom, based on deep awareness of jazz, modern classical music, pop and songwriting, intertwines in all its projects with a clearly recognizable focused and sensitive interpretation.
He has six solo plates. Joy for Joel (2009), Piano Theodoros (2013), Scintilla (2015), Bethlehem (2017) and albums of songs and music Poems SN (2019) and Live (2021). All recordings were awarded the nominations for the Angel Award and two of them were transformed. (Theodoros - Album of the Year in the Jazz 2013 category, SN - performer of the year 2019 - SN).
Hlavenková cooperates with both Czech and world musicians. Among the fundamental cooperation is the one with Lenka Dusilová, whose common author album still with Clarinet Factory - Eternal Seekers (2008) was intrigued by both the audience and the professional public. It also stood at the birth of Baromantics - bands and producer team.
He composes music for film (Dukla 61, Zátopek, King of Šumava). He also focuses on composing music for theater, dance, children's theater and audiobooks. It arranges songs, from small forms in acoustic form or sound design to a symphony orchestra.
