TRALAUREATE - Beata Hlavenková and HRTL - (Blue Lizard - 2025)
Two leading Czech musicians and holders of the prestigious Angel Music Award, pianist, singer and composer Beata Hlavenková and producer HRTL (Leoš Hort) joined forces and announce the release of the album. The novelty, which represents a unique connection of their musical worlds, is released on September 20, 2024.
"Tralalaureate" is the result of a fascinating music interview between the beats of acoustic piano, keyboards, voice and Leoš's modular synthesizers. As the authors themselves say, the project is about joining worlds, interconnecting approaches and people from completely different sides of the music spectrum. Their creative dialogue began earlier, during cooperation on a successful audiovisual performance of the Vectroscope, which received ovation at events such as Signal Festival or in the Cathedral of St. Barbara in Kutná Hora. Trumpeter Oskar Török enriched the sound of the recording with his melodic lines and Daniel Vlček, an artist, musician and experimenter, took care not only of the sound but also the visual aspect of the album when he created his artwork. Vlček's contribution was also reflected in the composition "Chromoscope", for which a limited edition of risographic prints will be created. The song "Chromoscope" is named after the unique device of the same name, which created for the duo talented developer Antonín Gazda. The chromoscope converts the color spectrum scanned by the microscope lens directly into sinus tones, which allowed Vlček to play in one of his works of art in the composition. Among the studio compositions, the listeners will find the song "no one", the author of the text is Jenda Vávra .. The whole work has gained a uniform charisma thanks to Mastering by Pavel Ridoška aka Rida, and this collage of relationships and sounds complements the exclusive remix from the acclaimed producer Floex. an experience that exceeds genre boundaries and shows how seemingly incompatible worlds can enrich each other.
