About event
Fire run all over Slovakia! On November 17, run anywhere - in the city, in the park or in the mountains. Minimum permitted speed: 6 km/h, recommended: 20 km/h (if you are in control). Join alone or with a group and show the flame in your legs!
When: November 17 (all day)
Where: All over Slovakia - run where you like.
Pace:
• MIN: 6 km/h (mandatory minimum)
• RECOMMENDED: 20 km/h (recommended for speed enthusiasts)
How to to:
1. Choose a route and time on 17.11.
2. Run at least 6 km/h (or try 20 km/h 😉).
3. Share your photo/result in a story/post with the hashtags below.
4. Run safely - respect the rules of the road, use reflective elements and hydrate yourself.
For whom: For every runner – from hobby to speeders. It is not a closed race, the goal is to move together and enjoy the speed.
Tips: Short intervals at a higher speed, then a jog. Trot + trot for at least 10 min, let the flames remain only in the design, not in the calves. 🔥
