≪ On the ship, we dance every Tuesday from 19:30 ≫
In the Beltain period, nature wakes up to full life, and we can also let our inner fire burned. This dance evening will be a celebration of vitality, creativity and the joy of being. Through spontaneous movement, we give the space of wildness and threshold, playfulness and passion, and open up to a deeper connection with our life force. Dance allows us to perceive the energy of Beltain not only as an external celebration of spring, but also as an inner process of flourishing and transformation.
➤19: 30 - 20:00 - Warm Up The world of engaging music and ecstatic dance Movement Medicine. Dance will take you and give you various rhythms, flow or calm up to a state of freedom, full of body or resting. The space is an offer to postpone the assessment of yourself and others and the possibility to express themselves freely, using the natural intelligence of our body. The music will take you to places where you can fully connect with yourself, both physically and emotionally. Through the rhythm, breath and movement, we give the opportunity to collectively postpone stress and tension from the body and rise to a state of pure joy and being, without the need for alcohol or other narcotic substances. It organizes trips to swimming with wild dolphins. Regular Tuesday's dance evenings offer marina in Prague.
