About event
Triple bill of locals on a Saturday at Swan Dive, featuring BendreTheGiant, Sama Dams, and new act Like A Rhinestone Seagull. Tickets are on sale now! Music and bands bios below.
BendreTheGiant:
From Portland, Oregon, BendreTheGiant is a soul/indie/pop band led by Ben Estrada. Over the past year the six-piece band has released 4 singles and 2 EPs, toured the West Coast, and earned endorsements from Willamette Week, OPB and MusicOregon.
Sama Dams:
Few bands command the unexpectedly fine line that divides tension and release like Sama Dams does. And it's no wonder: songwriters Sam and Lisa Adams have been playing music together for over a decade - as long as they have been married - developing a creative forthrightness that sometimes feels voyeuristic. Taking cues from jazz, R&B, new wave, indie-rock, and classical art song, the alt-rock trio weaves a sensuous musical fabric that is distinctly theirs.
Like A Rhinestone Seagull:
New music from Ritchie Young (Loch Lomond)
