About event
Join our walks in a pleasant natural environment, where we work in a small group to support your well-being. The meetings include simple activities aimed at increasing self-awareness and supporting our personal well-being. We share our insights and experiences on them. In addition to pleasant time spent among the trees, these joint walks bring us interesting stimuli for life. Now we want to offer this opportunity to others who would like to support their well-being in this way as well.

This is a series of meetings that you can sign up for individually or as a group. The price of one individual meeting is EUR 12, when registering for two events you pay EUR 22, when registering for all three events you pay EUR 30.
Meetings and easy walks last about 120 minutes. You are usually accompanied by 1-2 female guides (more about us: www.BeneEsse.sk).
Since it is already getting dark, we are planning the November and December meeting in Janko Kráľ Park, where there is public lighting.

16.10. at 16:20 in Rusovciech park,
13.11. and 11.12. at 15:30 in Sade J. Kráľa, in Bratislava
It is possible to register for the meetings individually or for two or three in total. The price of one individual meeting is EUR 12, when registering for two events you pay EUR 22 and when you are interested in all three events you pay EUR 30.

PS: Although we count with nice autumn weather, we will also pack waterproof clothes to be sure. If the weather is completely unsuitable, we will postpone the meeting.
