We will meet on Saturday 28.11. from 16:00 at the pool in the center of Brno. Together, we will support the organization π§ΟΞ±Ξ½Ο*ΟΞ±ΟΡνΟ, which promotes rights and positive social changes for the benefit of transgender, non-binary and intersex people. π³οΈββ§οΈβ§οΈπ

Although the status of trans* of people in the Czech Republic has been slowly improving in recent years, changes are coming at an (un)surprisingly slow pace and require constant efforts by organizations such as Trans*parent. It wasn't until this year, in 2024, that the legal obligation of castration during an official sex change was abolished! However, we still face many challenges - discrimination, hate crimes or the sad lack of access to gender affirming care. Come with us to express support and solidarity with trans*, non-binary and queer people!

π©· We organize support groups and individual social and legal counseling without the right to financial remuneration.
π€ We spread awareness about the trans issue in the form of discussions, workshops or happenings.
π©· We work with the media and the public to build a positive, realistic and undistorted image of trans* people and their lives.
π©΅ We open a dialogue on hot topics related to trans* issues, organize discussions, events and meetings as within the trans community, as well as with external actors.
