In March 2025, the Hungarian Parliament (with the dominance of Fidesz Prime Minister Viktor Orban) passed a law that prohibits the organization of LGBTQ+ pride, including traditional Budapest Pride, which has been held continuously for 30 years.
⚠️ What does the law say? "Promotion of homosexuality" among minors.
Thirty years after the first march in Budapest, LGBTQ+ community in Hungary is facing unprecedented pressure - that's why it is important to be seen and heard. Our weapon is solidarity! ✊🏼
