4:00 p.m.: “Cracks in Time”, documentary film (China, Japan). Private film screening and conversation with Kiyono Sakashita (director): Six Chinese artists and their work during the Covid era.
6 p.m.: Sluts in Sarees – a fast-paced spoken word performance in English! Sluts in Sarees is a full-bodied, full-throated performance by hungry satiated women reclaiming the sari as more than fabric—as protest, pleasure, and poetry.
Evening:
8:00 p.m.: New humanity between cracks in identity: Postcolonial Chinese perspectives
The journalist, author and artist Charlotte MING and the writer, journalist, editor WU Qin in lecture and Conversation.
Moderation and discussion leader Liya Yu and Lars Jongeblod.
