About event
After the successful tryout in May, the Berlin Comedian Harmonists are back in the Ernst Reuter Hall! They have refined and changed again and are now presenting their new program in a Berlin premiere.
In the fast-paced revue, the six men in tailcoats fight heroically with crazy complications and have to recognize parallels between the 1920s and 2020s . Over the past two years, the ensemble has delved into the history of the Comedian Harmonists and unearthed the unheard of, the funny and the touching. New songs, including excavations of unknown music by the Comedian Harmonists, and virtuoso arrangements of hits - from Peter Maffay to Katja Ebstein to Udo Jürgens - ensure a good mood.
After “Veronika, der Lenz ist da”, “Crazy Times” and “Breathless”, this is the fourth staged song recital with which the sextet, which started at the Comedy on Kurfürstendamm over 25 years ago, transfers the legacy of their famous role models into the present.
