About event
We cordially invite you to a meeting with Josef Maršálek, author of the new book Buchty po ránu 2, which will take place on Wednesday, December 11 from 5:00 p.m. at KNIHCENTRUM.cz OC Olympia Brno.
👉Josef Maršálek
A master confectioner who at the age of nineteen pursued his dream and instead of being a teacher became part of the best culinary team in Europe for seven years, with whom a hell of a treat even for the Queen of England. He gathered his experience all over the world - he traveled Europe and worked in India in the best patisserie there, so that he finally returned to the Czech Republic, founded his own company and filmed the world's most successful show about baking. He organizes courses, provides consultations to the owners of pastry shops and cafes, and through cookbooks full of his most popular recipes, he decided to share all kinds of sweet secrets.© Domingues Manuel Alejandro Cruz
👉Morning Buns 2
Bake together with Josef and Tereza, classic birthday cakes, excellent slices on a baking sheet or apple pies, but also challenges in the form of yolk wreaths and gluten-free bread. Learn how to make homemade puff pastry, fruit dumplings or savory pastries in several ways that the whole family will love! This time, not even fans of healthy or traditional baking will come.
A total of 63 recipes, Josef's valuable advice and detailed procedures are based on the 2nd season of the popular Czech TV show of the same name. The first part of the book series became a Czech bestseller in the cookbook category shortly after its publication.
