JUDr. Petr Poledník (*1951), graduate of the Brno Faculty of Law, active in the legal profession since 1976, long-time vice-chairman and member of the board of directors of the Czech Bar Association and chairman of its committee for the history of advocacy, will explain advocacy in the period of socialism and its dynamic changes after 1989.
