When a woman becomes pregnant, many difficult stories of other births begin to reach her and often cause her even more fear and anxiety. These two things are very counterproductive in labor and can slow down and prolong it.
With doula and psychologist Nicole Kohútová, we will look at how you can naturally relieve pain, how to work with the fear of childbirth, how proper breathing can speed up childbirth, how to prevent perineal injury and much more.
