tono Stano is one of the most famous photographers operating in Central Europe with wide links around the world. He developed a characteristic manuscript based on a staged photography, but in his work we also find classic approaches, such as portrait or photographs and installations in the landscape, or very experimental series or conceptual photography. In 1969 she became the first graduate of photography at FAMU in Prague. For more than thirty years she taught young people and formed a strong generation of photographers who later became famous in Prague as a "Slovak new wave" and still fundamentally influence the Czech photographic scene. Together with GHMP chief, Helena Musilová has prepared the largest retrospective of Ton Stan in the GHMP premises.
