About event
How can science and the preservation of tradition be reconciled? Why is so much attention paid to the conquest and early medieval historiography even today? Why are our roots so interesting and the origin so important? How risky is it for a historian to deal with early Hungarian history today? Do other peoples have a healthier relationship with their ancient history? What is the first point, the period until which we can see backwards? To what extent is prehistory present today? Why did the occupation actually take place? How much more we know about this age today than ten or fifteen years ago. What are the latest research findings? We will talk about origin myths, conquest, founding of the state, the current questions and symbols of Hungarian prehistory with one of the most important Hungarian experts on the subject at the event of the Harbor - Civil Hall in mid-December.
