BeterBusiness bijeenkomst met HR directeur Britt Breure van AFAS

How do you become the best employer in Europe according to HR director Britt Breure of AFAS?

During this meeting we are guests of BeterBusiness partner Niels Piscaer, in the largest hotel in the Benelux with 700 rooms. The labor market is under pressure due to severe shortages, while developments such as AI and robotization are radically changing our work. Britt Breure, HR & CSR director at AFAS, shows how things can be done differently. With only one HR employee and yet impressive results in terms of job satisfaction, involvement and extremely low absenteeism figures, AFAS proves that culture and trust are the key to sustainable success.
