About event
BEZ LADU A SKLADU
Who would not know the legendary underground music group Bez Ladu a Skladu, led by the key figure, singer Michal Kaščák.
Metaphorical texts full of criticism of the political regime complementing the typical rhythmic, cacophonous music. Did you know that in 2009, the American newspaper New York Times included it among the "groups that contributed to the fall of the Iron Curtain" in the states of the former communist regime? And also that he called its members "musicians who stood out from behind the iron curtain"?
You can't easily mistake the group. Their visage is also specific. Black suits, narrow ties, white socks and matching dark glasses. They drew inspiration from the underground band from Trenčín - Choir of Vážské musicians, which was close to them not only musically. Musical role models - B52, Talking heads and the mentioned CHVM are constantly breathing in the work of BLAS.
