-pro individual on a gluten-free diet (or other intolerances and allergies) must be stated in the note when ordering

For beginners and advanced in a gluten -free diet
for professionals in the gastro industry (restaurants, bakeries, schools,… ..), which are interested not only for gluten -free diet, but also healthy ways of baking, cooking and gastro equipment.

What will we prepare?

stuffed poppy, bread with Tangzhong, Honza buns and sourdough ages

- After baking it tastes and answers questions, the rest of the baked you take home (boxes)
