for beginners and advanced in a gluten -free diet
for professionals in the gastro industry (restaurants, bakeries, schools,… ..), which are interested not only gluten -free diet, but also healthy ways of baking, cooking and gastro equipment. VEKY, stuffed poppies, pizza and bread with tangzhong
-I will properly step by step on a gluten-free diet
