for beginners and advanced gluten-free dieters

What will we prepare?

Sacher cake and cinnamon rolls
Bread with tangzhong
Bread dumpling and sourdough kaisers

-I will guide you properly step by step in the gluten-free diet

-after baking, he will taste and answer questions, you take the rest of the baked goods home (takeaway boxes)

-refreshments are available during the course (coffee, tea, mineral water, small tastings of gluten-free baking)

-everything needed for the course (ingredients, recipes, yeast...) is provided as part of the course fee

-the course takes place in a pleasant environment
