🌿 Workshop: Feeling safe - the basis of change, learning and authenticity
🗓 Saturday, November 15, 2025 | 9:00 – 17:00
📍 Brighter Life Center, Hurbanovo nám. 5., Bratislava
Our long-term experience with yoga has led us to a simple but fundamental knowledge: yoga works because it creates a sense of security. When we feel safe, our body relaxes, our breath deepens and our mind quiets down.
It is then that we open ourselves to learning, change and the ability to step out of our comfort zone - with ease, not tension. Safety is the basis of everything: survival, health, relationships and the ability to be yourself.
Through yoga, we learn to perceive the subtle signals of the body - from muscles, bones, breath or skin - and we gradually recognize where "I" ends and where the environment begins. Thanks to this, we can connect more with our inner truth and live more authentically.
🌸 What you will experience:
gentle movement and body exercises focused on the perception of the body, space and boundaries work with the senses and conscious observation of the body's reactions to situations or people techniques for restoring a sense of security and connection with yourself space for sharing and inner silence
The workshop is an invitation to everyone who:
✨ he wants to better understand himself and his relationships,
✨ he is looking for more peace, self-confidence and authenticity,
✨ he wants to transfer the principles of yoga to everyday life.
