In the age of information technology development, learning facts and carrying out activities according to prescribed instructions quickly lose their educational value. In order for humans to compete with AI, we need to develop critical thinking, imagination and creativity in school. We will achieve this by starting to teach the processes of their discovery and creation instead of the finished products of science and technology.
Professor Juraj Hromkovič will personally present to you the concept of informatics methodologies for the teacher and the corresponding didactic aids for the students. He will explain how to successfully teach computer science from kindergarten (also) without a screen.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion of the update training.
